Images missing when converting Doc to PDF

Hi,

Our application creates document (.docx) from templates(.dotx). I converted this docx to pdf using Syncfusion DocToPDFConverter. But images are missing in pdf. 

I have attached the source doc file(created a dummy file similar to our document) and output pdf. you could see the images from docx file missing in pdf.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

On further analyzing the given Word document, we found given Word document contains shape filled picture. Currently, DocIO does not have support to preserve shape filled picture in Word document to PDF conversion. We have already logged this as a feature request in our database. We don’t have any immediate plans to implement this feature. At the planning stage for every release cycle, we review all open features. We will let you know when this feature is implemented.
