Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.  
  
We can attach images, annotations in the PDF document and we can able to view that PDF in our PDF Viewer. Can you please share more details about which type of attachments you want to attach in the PDF document? It will be helpful for us to investigate further and assist you better.

A pdf can contain attachments. and I would like to know if it is possible to view them as in the adobe pdf viewer. I send you a pdf with attachment for the exemple.

In our PDF Viewer, currently we do not have support to view the attachments in the PDF Document.  However,  we will analyze further and provide details on 17th March 2021.

Sorry for the delay. 
 
We are still analyzing the attachment support in our PDF Viewer. We will provide the further details on this by March 22nd 2021. We have C# library to process the PDF document using this we can attach the text file in the PDF document. Kindly refer the following UG documentation for more information.
