PDF417 2D Barcode

Hello!

Is there some example how to show the 2D barcode (PDF417)  with the report viewer for RDL?
I used to do this for rdl report with mvcreportviewer, in the MVC project, using ZXing.NET package and xsd dataset.

So, is there some way to do this with the report viewer control?

Could you please confirm are you looking for replacement of ZXing.NET package for Barcode of PDF417. If yes please refer below document for using PDF417 barcode

If you want to use the barcode in Report viewer control. We have support for PDF417 in Our Bold Reports viewer Control, please refer the below document for this,

thanks you for the answer. Yes, I can replace the ZXing.Net package, no problem.
So, I see it is not problem to show the PDF417 barcode in the report with the report viewer. If I use bold reports designer, is there symbology type for the pdf417 barcode
like in this example?

We have provided this Barcode 2D support in our latest Bold Reports release. It’s not include In below sample. Could you please download our standalone Report designer application 2.4.19.

In our designer we have provide the support for PDF 417 barcode. In Report designer Barcode category choose 2D Barcode.
 
In properties panel select the Barcode Type.

Hi Manoranjan,

thank you for the explanation. So, my report is working fine when I start the report preview through report designer,
but when I try to run it from my asp.net core project, all I get is this:

Step1: Add the Barcode Extension project reference to our Bold Reports Report Viewer sample as shown in below snap:

Hi Manoranjan,

thank you very much for your help. Your solution is working excellent!
Just one more thing....not so much about the barcode extension, but about exporting the report to pdf.
If I use some special font in the report....is there some settings before I export the report to pdf...because in the exported report, the fonts
are not the same I'm using in the designer.
