SfTabView strange behavior when swipe downwards

Hi, 

I'm encountered with an issue with SfTabView when you swipe to the downwards direction.

a) Downward right 

b) Downward left

The SfTabItem content will somehow float to either far left, or far right although there are no longer any tab at the end and show the background.

And the tab swiping behavior is confusing at some point. 

Especially after perform the downward left/right swiping and then swiping it at the center of the TabItem. 

The TabItem will show like a looping.

There are two version I had tested encountered the same problem:

a)  18.3.0.51

b)  18.4.0.41 (latest stable)

This scenario is pretty obvious on iOS but not so sure on Android.
