Kanban version problem when installing npm

Hi Team,

I have a kanban version problem when I install npm.

I have been using kanban for my react application and the version is "@syncfusion/ej2-react-kanban": "^18.2.54" but,  when I reinstall npm and then am getting latest version of kanban "18.4.33".

My requrement is I want to get 18.2.54 version of kanban always when I install npm and same version I will maintian in package.json also.

Please guide me on this why latest version of kanban am getting rather than 18.2.54 even though kanban 18.2.54 is there in package.json.

Thanks,
Arul

Hi Arul,

Greetings from Syncfusion Support.

We have checked the reported problem and let you know that adding caret(^) before the version leads to update to the latest package version, so please remove caret symbol before the version to install the exact version of the required package.

"@syncfusion/ej2-react-kanban": "18.2.54"

Please try the solution and get back to us if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
Nevitha
