Annotation on circular progress bar doesnt show

Hello,

I'm trying to  put an annotation on a circular progress bar but on 18.4.0.33 but it doesnt show up

Here is the markup

<SfProgressBar id="p3" Type="ProgressType.Circular" Value="70" Minimum="0" Maximum="100"
                   TrackThickness="8" ProgressThickness="8">
        <ProgressBarAnnotations>
            <ProgressBarAnnotation Content="<div style='font-size:20px;font-weight:bold;color:#000000'><span>70%</span></div>" />
        </ProgressBarAnnotations>
    </SfProgressBar>

And below is the control in inspector window - note no value in the annotation


Any help or guidance would be apprecaited
