Please follow the steps given below to resolve the reported issue.
- Run “Syncfusion JavaScript (EJ2) Control Panel.exe” from Syncfusion installed location.
Location: {installedPath}\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\JavaScript - EJ2\{version}\Infrastructure\Launcher
Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\JavaScript - EJ2\18.4.0.30\Infrastructure\Launcher
- Click “Recheck” button from right down of the Syncfusion Control Panel.
- Restart the Syncfusion Control Panel and now check the “Run Local Demos” option.
If still the problem persist, kindly follow steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool. It would be much helpful for us to analyze the reported issue.
