How can i change Metro caption dotted lines color in Office2016Black theme?

We have checked your requirement and found that, You can achieve your requirement by setting the InActiveCaptionBackground color to Red. Please refer the below code Snippet and sample for your reference. 

Code Snippet: 

this.dockingManager1.VisualStyle = Syncfusion.Windows.Forms.VisualStyle.Office2016Black; 

this.dockingManager1.InActiveCaptionBackground = new Syncfusion.Drawing.BrushInfo(System.Drawing.Color.Red);
