Scheduler Control Resources or Owners

I want to run a scheduler control on Windows 10. I MUST be able to filter appointments by the Resource or you might call it 'Owner'. How do I do it please?

Tell me if I must use Winforms or WPF or something else please?

All the components and controls for desktop applications from Syncfusion can be used in Windows 10. To avail grouping of some resources, we would suggest that you to use WPF SfScheduler. Please make use of the below UG for further reference.
