Which libraries are used for this control?

Hi Team

I need some help i dont seem to have all these libraries and my application is not working due to them, any one who can show me how to find them, when using them in visual studio?

Syncfusion XlsIO can be used in Web API in JavaScript platform. We have prepared Web API sample for your reference and the same can be downloaded from the following link.

I cant seem to access the file as download due to access denied, mind sharing another link that doesn't grant much of admin rights?
