Version 18.3 break grid group captionTemplate component

Question

In version 18.3, grid group captionTemplate components do not render. In version 18.2, they rendered fine.

Thanks for your valuable patience. 
 
We are glad to announce that our patch release (v18.3.50) has been rolled out successfully and in this release we have included the fix for “groupCaptionTemplate is not rendered while binding this template through groupSettings.captionTemplate in Vue” issue So please update your package to this version to include the fix. For your convenience we have shared a sample with latest version of ej2-vue-grids package.

We are able to reproduce the reported problem at our end. We have confirmed it as a bug and logged the defect report “groupCaptionTemplate is not rendered while binding this template through groupSettings.captionTemplate in Vue”. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping us improve our product. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technological feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and including the defect fix in our upcoming  weekly release which is expected to be rolled out on 11th November, 2020.
