Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We have analyzed your requirement to open the PDF document in a new window of Adobe Reader and we could not able to achieve this programmatically. However, we can achieve this by disabling the option in Adobe Reader. Please refer the below link for your reference,

Hi Jean,

We understand your requirement, but as we said in our earlier update we could not able to achieve this programmatically since this is a based on the PDF viewer setting (i.e., Adobe Reader, Chrome, etc.). So kindly try the previously provided solution since we could not able to proceed further on this.

Hi Gauri,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We have analyzed your requirement to open the PDF document in a new window of Adobe Reader and we could not able to achieve this programmatically, since this is a based on the PDF viewer setting (i.e., Adobe Reader, Chrome, etc.). However, we can achieve this by disabling the option in Adobe Reader,  Please refer the below steps for your reference,

  1. Launch a PDF > Navigate to Edit > Preferences > General > Uncheck the option "Open documents as new tabs in same windows" and then relaunch Acrobat.

Note: Now you can see the PDF opening in Windows and not in a tabbed format in the same window.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance on this.
