"Load More" issue in SfChat

Question

Hi,I am currently using SfChat version 18.3.0.40. I have faced an issue with whenever the new messages are inserted at the top of the messages list, the chat just scrolls up to those new messages automatically, which I do not want, I just want the chat to stay at the same location. I have followed the guide on this section: https://help.syncfusion.com/xamarin/chat/load-more?cs-save-lang=1&cs-lang=csharp#load-more-automatically. I want the similar effect as shown in the video, but whenever messages are inserted (by using tthis.Messages.Insert(0, oldMessage)), chat will just scroll automatically to the top and also causing the loading indicator to appear. Hi Ben, 

Thanks for using Syncfusion controls. 

We have checked your query. By default load more values does not scroll. After LoadMore messages added to the chat we need to scroll up manually. We suspect that you have use ScrollToMessage method when new messages are added to the chat. Can you please check this in your application. We have attached the tested sample for your reference.
