How to disable all navigation and keyboard shortcuts?

Hi, I've tried some things like :allowKeyboard = 'false' I have an Editor on the grid lines, and I can't scroll through the words with the arrow keys, as it starts to navigate through the cells of the grid.thanks!

We can reproduce the reported behavior at our end and we have confirmed this is an issue from our side and logged a bug for the same as “allowKeyboard API binding is not working in Vue and angular”. At Syncfusion, we are committed to fixing all validated defects (subject to technical feasibility and Product Development Life Cycle ) and will include the defect fix in our upcoming patch release Nov 04th, 2020.

You can achieved your requirement by using created event of Grid. Please refer to the below code example and sample for more information.
