Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.
We can able to reproduce the reported version wrongly updated issue while creating the Syncfusion Blazor application from our side and we have fixed the issue from our side. This fix will be included in our upcoming Syncfusion release. As of now please follow the below steps to resolve the issue in your Visual Studio.

In Visual Studio go to Extensions -> Manage Extensions -> Installed -> Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio and then click on the Uninstall button

Close the Visual Studio to start the uninstallation process

Then, Download theSyncfusion Blazor Template Studio Extension file from here.

Install theSyncfusion Blazor Template Studio extension by double click on the downloaded file

Now, check the Syncfusion Blazor Template Studio in your application.
Also, we have checked the deploy issue after update the Syncfusion NuGet packages to the latest version, the issue is not reproduced from our side. We suspect that the issue may occurred because of the Syncfusion Nuget packages may not properly updated to the latest version. Please install the shared VSIX file and check whether the same deploy issue reproduce or not and update the issue details to us.
