Support for SQL Server 2014 RDL ?

Any chance that the WPF ReportViewer control has been/is being updated to support SQL Server Express 2014 RDLs?

In this thread below it is stated that the ASP.NET MVC version of the ReportViewer control has received updates to support 2012, 2014 and 2016 RDLs.

I am hoping that the WPF control has received/is getting the same updates.
