Bad ChartEvents TooltipRender

Hello!
The TooltipRender event handler does not render the content correctly (in some cases, there is duplicate content and incorrect positioning of the tooltip).
The error occurs unpredictably. In the above example, try switching between pop-up tooltips many times and you will see a rendering error.

Another problem:
Template for ChartTooltipSettings don't render anymore after ITooltipRenderEventArgs.Cancel is calling
See attachment.
Move over any serie point, than move mouse over Line series (line series tooltips is cancelled by code) and tooltips dont show anymore for any series.
