How to place SfRotator, SfTextInputLayout and SfButton with those properties?

I want to place 3 elements on page: SfRotator, SfTextInputLayout and SfButton in this exact order top to bottom.
SfTextInputLayout and SfButton should be on the very bottom disregarding resolution and aspect ratio of device.
SfButton's width should be width of the page + Margin="16".
SfRotator should fill rest of the area.
I added example picture into zip archive.
How can I achieve this?
