Designing a Custom Toolbar

Hello.

Here is a code snippet demonstrates how to create a simple toolbar:

As we can see the Text and Command binding are used for page number, page count and page switching. But I want to make my own toolbar with more options: page mode, print, search etc.
How can I know bindings for other toolbar options?
