Strange Console error for Data Grid after upgrading Syncfusion to ES 2020 volume 2

Hi,

I'm using the data grid component with an Expando Object (based off the example in the documentation https://blazor.syncfusion.com/documentation/datagrid/data-binding/#expandoobject-binding)
It was working fine in ES 2020 vol 1 (ie v18.1.xx).
But after I updated to ES 2020 vol 2 (ie v18.2.00) it throws the following strange errors.

But I couldn't find anything related to this.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Sorin

Hi Sorin,

We have checked your query and we suggest you to update the Syncfusion Nuget and the cdn link to the latest version (18.2.55) to resolve your issue. Please refer the below code snippet and the sample for your reference.

Index.html

<head>
    ..
    ..
    <link rel='nofollow' href="_content/Syncfusion.Blazor/styles/fabric.css" rel="stylesheet" />
    <script src="https://cdn.syncfusion.com/blazor/18.2.55/syncfusion-blazor.min.js"></script>
</head>

Program.cs

public static async Task Main(string[] args)
{
    ..
    ..
    builder.Services.AddSyncfusionBlazor(true);
}

If you are still facing the issue then kindly share us the syncfusion reference codes which you have referred in index.html and program.cs files.

Hello Jeevakanth,

I'm sorry for my late reply.
I did compare the default example of ExpandoObject use with both latest 18.1.59 and 18.2.55
It's very clear that despite no other changes there are a ton of errors thrown in 18.2.55
Please see the screenshot below.

Additionally, I attached my bare-bones project for both 18.1.59 and 18.2.55.
Please try them out to reproduce the issue.

FYI I already created a bug report for this problem:
https://www.syncfusion.com/feedback/17246/lots-of-console-errors-when-using-data-grid

Thank you very much for your support.
Sorin

Just another observation, at the bottom of the Chrome window we can see a message that an "unhandled error has occurred"

Ok, so I realized that I overlooked a lot of other steps necessary in migrating the project to v18.2, most significant of which is likely upgrading my VS and Blazor Web Assembly Preview version to the latest.
I'm going to work on that this week and I'll reply back after.

Thank you,
Sorin

I confirmed that the problem does not exist when using the latest Visual Studio and .NET Core SDK 3.1.401
It likely means I need to take greater care in migrating my project from Syncfusion v18.1 to v18.2.
Thank you!
