SfPicker disappears in android when orientation change in next page

In android, SfPicker disappears when come back from next page with change in orientation.

Reproduction steps in sample provided here :
1. Open app
2. Click on Next button (which will navigate to next page)
3. Change orientation
4. Go back to previous page (SfPicker disappears)

Sorry for the inconvenience.

We could not include the fix in our weekly NuGet, since In testing phases we are facing some problems with the fix, we will test with this fix completely and without affecting existing customers too. We will test the patch with various scenarios and include the patch with full testing in our upcoming weekly NuGet release, which will be available on September 15, 2020.
