Place a letter in an image and save in Xamarin Forms

Hi,
My request is simple.
I need to to add a letter in an image where I click the mouse and save the image.
For example, 
  • We will be having radio button to mention S or D.
  • We will be having a Truck image 
  • User checks D radio button and will click the position where the truck has damage, I need to place a letter D in that position.
  • User checks S radio button and will click the position where the truck has scratch, I need to place a letter S in that position. 
  • If more than one damage or scratch has, it continues same.
  • Then need to save the image.
Can You please suggest, whether this can be done in any SF tools. So that We can buy the syncfusion plugin.

Greetings from Syncfusion. 
 
We have analyzed your requirement. You can achieve this requirement by using SfImageEditor control. We don’t have direct support to add the text on click position. So, we have prepared a workaround solution based on your requirement using the AddText method with Bounds property as a parameter. Please refer the sample from below location.

You can save the edited image by selecting the save toolbar item in SfImageEditor or you can call Save method. Please refer the below help document link for more information.
