Column chooser displayed in the wrong location

there has a grid in main page:

open an dialog , there has an other grid in the dialog:

when click [columns] to display the column chooser, it displayed on grid1.

Based on your query you have an issue with column chooser which is placed inside the Dialog component. So, we have prepared a sample with your code example but we did not reproduce the mentioned issue at our end.
