How to change the expanded picker item colors based on data

Question

The easiest way to give an example of what I need is this: Let's say that I have a list of names and a field indicating their eye color. The names are used to populate a Picker. When the Picker is expanded, each name is displayed in a font color matching their eye color.

How can I do that?
