File Upload pops up abnormal validation info under certain localization

Hi team,

I use File Upload component in my project, and I utilized localization for different culture. There is a weird thing when I shift to zh culture that, I upload file with correct extension but the control pops up red invalid info. But this issue dosen't happen when in the en-US culture. you can see the problem from the screenshot video attached. I also supplied a sample project to show the issue. When I switch preferred language setting from browser, the same upload action lead to different consequences. please check for that and solve the problem. Thanks.

Further more, since the invalid info shown, the ValueChange's args stream couldn't be read, its length is 0.

Regards.
