Do not select on CalendarTapped

Is it possible to not select a date if the calendar is tapped?

I have a mode switch. If the switch is on "BlockMode" the TappedDate should blacked out, if the switch is on "SelectMode" the TappedDate should go into selectedDates.

Thank you for your Feedback.

Patrick

Hi Munippan

May be my question was not clear enough. It is not exactly what I am looking for.

I use MultiSelection on the calender. So if the app "IsInBlockMode", I don't want to add a new Date to the "SelectedDates" List, I want to add it to the "BlackoutList".

Thanks for help again.

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for the update.

Based on the shared information we have checked your query “Do not select on CalendarTapped” and we have achieved your requirement by using OnCalendarTapped event. Inside the OnCalendarTapped event, the tapped date are added to the BlackOutDatecollections when the switch toggled is true and then there is no interaction with date is possible. We prepared the sample for the same, please find the sample from below link,

Hello SaiGanesh

This solution should do a part of the trick. But why is the last date which is selected, unmarked on reassigning the List<DateTime> to the selectedDates?

See the video, I mean the in this case the 1. of July:
