Alot of example code of widgets are not working in my project? What am I missing?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Blazor application and I'm trying to add a sidebar on the right side of my screen however this is not working(along with other example codes), this is the one I've tried in a complete new empty page:

First of all I get the error message: @inherits SampleBaseComponent could not be found, are you missing reference?

If i use the code on the example I'm getting results that dont even look close to what Im trying to achieve.

What am I doing wrong?

We have checked your reported problem with Sidebar component. We would like to let you know that, this(@inherits SampleBaseComponent) is local class reference used for our sample browser site. You no need to use this reference to render Sidebar (or any other SF Blazor components) in your application.
