Error with certain characters in custom format

In the Angular PivotView I want to create a custom format for a row with the number formatting option by adding <format> 'characters'. Sometimes an error message is shown that the format was invalid. This error only occurrs for the characters c, n and p and it doesn't occurr always. The screenshot shows the error message:

I have also created a Stackblitz example that shows the error: https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-juq8j9-4wflji?file=app.component.html
It seems that the error occurrs only with some combinations of modules, e.g. when the chart option is disabled the error didn't occurr.
Can you please have a look at it?

Best regards

Hi Gerd Tautenhahn,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

If you would like to display specific text next to the measure value then kindly follow the below custom formats,

Consider 12,000 is the measure value,

#,###c
12,000c
#,###n
12,000n
#,###p
12,000p

If you would like to display currency, number, percent formats. kindly follow the below custom formats,

$12,000
12,000
12,000,00%

If the above doesn’t meets your requirement then kindly share your requirement with details which would be helpful for us to proceed further.

Hello Sivamathi,
thanks for the answer. Your provided examples work but I still get an error if I type in 0.00c as custom format. Is that not a valid format? 0.00a works.
You can test it in the Stackblitz that I provided in the first message.

Regards,
Gerd Tautenhan

Hi Gerd,

Due to code complexity we are unable to complete the bug fixing and include in weekly release. But we will surely include this in our upcoming 2020 Vol 2 release, which is estimated to be rolled out at the end of June 2020

We appreciate your patience until then.
