Custom Format Row / Column Level

As described in this page we have a format setting available at value level. Is it possible for Row level?

For example.

For 1st row, I need $ symbol for all the values

For 2nd row, I need % symbol for all the values.

We regret you to let you know that the mentioned requirement isn’t applicable in pivot table component. Because, value formatting is applied based on measure value not on column fields. But, you can view the formatted values in row axis based on its measures.
