Uninstall

How do you uninstall Syncfusion Essential Studio completely manually? Apps & Features on Windows 10 uninstaller crashed on me. So I believe I now have orphaned files laying around everywhere.
I foundhttps://help.syncfusion.com/common/faq/how-to-uninstall-the-syncfusion-setup-manually but the Windows Installer Cleanup utility throws a VB Runtime Error.
Is there an update to this?
I'd like to clean up my system before installing the latest version of Syncfusion Essential Studio.

Hi Hoang, 

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support. 

Please follow the steps suggested below to uninstall the Syncfusion setup your system. 

1.Download and extract the Syncfusion.zip from the following link. 


2. Edit the SyncfusionCleanUp.exe.config file, provide the version to be removed and save the file. 

 

3. Run the SyncfusionCleanUp.exe by double clicking it. This will remove the installed registry entries from your machine.  

4. Once the above operation is completed, install the latest Essential Studio version. 

If you still face any issues in uninstallation, please follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of complete Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool. It would be much helpful for us to analyze the reported issue.
