We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please make sure that there are no Visual Studio instances running in the background during our Syncfusion setups installation. This might cause the hanging problem during extension installations.
To check the reported issue at our end, follow the steps suggested in the below KB article link and send us the zip file which consists of complete Syncfusion Installer logs generated by our tool. It would be much helpful for us to analyze the reported issue at the earliest.
