Charts Do Not Render on Apple Keynote or Google Slides

Using Essential Studio 2017 Volume 1

In one of the projects I am working on we've noticed that the charts (stack bars) created do not show up on Apple Keynote and appear skewed/distorted on Google Slides. They do render as expected on Microsoft Powerpoint on Windows as well as Mac.

I think it is a bug with the chart rendering engine in the Syncfusion.OfficeChart library as I've noticed merely opening and saving the file on a Mac having both Powerpoint & then reopening the file on Keynote fixes this. It appears the markup generated by Syncfusion is repaired by Powerpoint and therefore the charts magically start appearing on Keynote as well.

We can reproduce the issue with “Charts doesn't appear properly in Google slides and KeyNote” and we suspect this to be a defect in our product.

If you need a custom patch for this particular issue, please create a separate incident to log this issue from our side. So that we can proceed further in this.

When you say I need to create a separate incident to log this issue, how do I do that?

Do I -  a) Use the same forum? b) Provide my licence details or anything?

Once I do that, how soon can I expect the patch?
