Save after editing - sf:SfRichTextBoxAdv

I have the following control, that i use to view and edit a word(.docx) document, but i dont quite understand how i save it after.

i see that richTextBox has a .Save and .SaveAsync, but i still haven't made it work, even after reading the documentation :\
