Usually, using a new purchase is more likely to be accompanied by just a smidgen of disappointment than by an on-going series of pleasant surprises. Thomas Klocker of TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH, however, experienced just that with Syncfusion.
“We needed controls especially for mobile platforms like UWP and Xamarin Forms,” explained Klocker.
“Syncfusion provided the greatest amount of controls, so we gave it a try. We were very happy with the products, so we bought them.”
Klocker and his team create software for inspecting industrial machines like elevators and cranes. They started out mainly using Syncfusion’s data grid. Pleased with it, and having so many other useful controls at their fingertips, they began trying some of them out. They ended up using the accordion, date edit, and several of the file format libraries, too.
“The integration of the controls is very easy, and the documentation is easy-to-use,” said Klocker. “We were able to release our software much faster, since the controls provide a very rich set of features, and if we were struggling, the help of Syncfusion was and is amazing!”
With Syncfusion, Klocker and his team’s expectations were exceeded. If only trying out a new product were always this successful!
