Using formulas in a summary row?

Question

If I want one of my summary cells to be a formula.  Do I have to implement the SummaryType.Custom model and then handle the summary display myself, or can I supply a formula for the cell somehow?

Example:

3 columns
[Test Score]  [Test Result]  [Percentage]
5                5              100
5                3              60
5                4              80

In the summary I want to display sum col(1) / sum col(2).  Not Cell.Format = "{Average:0}"

a formula would be easier than implementing the SumaryType.Custom.
