check box on control tool box

Hello,
I want to add a check box to my document using the checkbox available on control tool box.
I already tried WCheckBox, but this does not cater to my requirements.

DocIO does not have a support for adding check box from the control tool box to the word document. DocIO can insert the check box to the word document similar to adding check box through MS Word.
