Row height

Hi, we are running into an issue where when the grid is first loaded, if there is one record in the grid, the grid will have a default height of 250px and the row will adjust its height to fit the grid... so one row ends up being around 200px. Is there a way to explicitly set the height of rows? We are not setting the height of the grid explicitly as we like how the grid automatically adjust its size according to its content.
