EnvDTE

Hi,

We've been using your product for several of our product, and recently added a dependency to your product to an additional product. During this process we noticed that your SyncFusion.Tools.Window.dll depends on EnvDTE. On our target system we do not have EnvDTE deployed to it, and our application cannot run. Since EnvDTE is a visual studio integration assembly (as I understand it) why are we required to have this deployed? Where can I get this assembly short of installing visual studio on my target system?

Thanks,

Andy

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

EnvDTE is the namespace that enables to interact with the Visual Studio development environment, which is essential for the Syncfusion.Tool.Windows.dll to compile

And EnvDTE is an dependent assembly for Syncfusion.Tools.Windows. However this assembly is being shipped with Microsoft .NET Framework.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
