Even with a group view on the page, and a diagram, the option, when running the wizard has not been available in VS 2008 for several hours of my trying. This is making it impossible for me to place a symbol palette in my app. There seems to be nothing in the properties palette or in the smart tag drop down for the group tag itself that could serve as a work around. It was working earlier. Is this a glitch? Please help.

The problem was that I was choosing the group view and not the palette group view. thank you.
