Right-most column doesn''t display the border, can''t resize it.

I have tried many examples in this forum regaring the last column to the right of the grid which is beyond the vertical scroll bar, causing a problem when trying to resize it.

I am talking about a grid that has multiple columns, over 100, not just three or four.

When you scroll to the right, the last column doesn't have the border to the right, it looks as if the vertical scroll bar is on top of it.

Do you have a fix to this problem? I have tried all the examples that stretch or extend the width of the last column to fill the empty area, if needed, but this samples only work when you don't need to scroll horizontally.
