Is there a solution to this? I can't see his Direct-Trac incident. I'd like to know if this is possible as well. Thanks!

Nevermind, I got it working by using...
ExcelEngine.Excel.CSVSeparator = "|";
and opening the pipe-delimited file with ExcelOpenType.CSV.
