Richtextbox wont upload Files

Hi
I have been evaluating the Richtextbox, but not been able to upload any files.
I would expect an ErrorMessage if the control was'nt abel to write to the upload folder, but i get no such error.

The Installed sample in the dashboard works ! but i cant figure out how. The documentation is not very helpfull either.

What is missing ?

Thank you for evaluating Syncfusion products.

We are afraid that we are unable to reproduce the issue reported by you. We have tried the sample attached by you and it works fine in our end. We are able to upload and insert images in the Uploaded_Images folder. I have also recorded a video to demonstrate this working sample.

If the issue exists still, could you please provide some more details to reproduce this issue so that we could analyze more on this and find out the causes of this issue.
