Changing the cursor when hovering a node

I want to create a diagram which has an On/Off edit mode. When edit mode is off, I want the cursor to be the standard arrow cursor when hovering the nodes. Nodes don't have a cursor property...

I can't seem to be able to get rid of the "size all" cursor even when resizing, moving and any editing is prohibited... IMHO It should by automatic...
