Hello,

Is it possible to open excel workbooks with OpenFromXml() method if source XML contains encoding tag in its declaration?

E.g.

I get the following error for now: "Exception occured in strict of xml structure. Some description: File is corrupt".

I can open file if change declaration to


It's essential as my XSLT processor always sets encoding tag in output XML.

We are able to reproduce the reported issue at our side and suspect this could be a defect.
