OpenFromXml and encoding tag

Hello,

Is it possible to open excel workbooks with OpenFromXml() method if source XML contains encoding tag in its declaration?

E.g.

I get the following error for now: "Exception occured in strict of xml structure. Some description: File is corrupt".

I can open file if change declaration to


It's essential as my XSLT processor always sets encoding tag in output XML.
