Exception - ''Object reference not set to inastance... '' with version 8.4.0.10

Hi,
I am using Syncfusion version 8.4.0.10 with .NET Framework 4.0
I am getting the exception as seen in the attached picture.

The code snippet causing the exception is also seen in the attached picture. Please let me know if something wrong with code or it is a bug.

Had the same problem with previous version of Syncfusion 7.2.0.37

We have confirmed this to be a defect and have passed on to our development team for fixing this issue. We will update you the fix through the Direct-Trac incident #76400. This fix will be publicly available from our Vol 2 2011 release in the month of April.
