I am looking for a way to programmatically sort/group.
Specifically, I need to be able to do the following:

Let's say there are four columns, COL1, COL2,COL3,COL4.
If the user clicks on COL1 (for sort), then implicitly it should also be grouped on the same column. Also, the secondary sort is on a hidden column. This is only applicable to sort, and not grouping.

Furthermore, I am looking for a look & feel similar to this.

Also, if you have an integrated outlook like demo for Silverlight (like the one that you have for Winforms), that will be much appreciated.

We have created a sample application to acheive the said behavior. Please download the sample from the attached file.

We are in the process of making "Integrated Outlook like demo for Silverlight" sample, and will update you further when the sample creation process is over. You may also check our "Product showcase sample" periodically to know about the sample information.

Please let us know if you need further information.
