A few months ago Stefan mentioned that
2.0 version might have an example of CellType which uses DateTimePicker with a drop-down calendar instead of included MonthCalendar CellType.
How is the progress on that? Having a date value validated as it is being typed in is a requirement in our application, and the release date is drawing near.
