Escaped ampersand shows up as two ampersands in Customize Quick Access Toolbar

Hi,

In your Word 2007 Demo for v7.3.0.20, the text for the Header and Footer toolstripex shows only one ampersand because it has been escaped using double ampersand (same is true for the Date and Time button in the Text toolstripex section). However, if you open the Customize Quick Access Toolbar for the Insert tab, the double ampersand shows up in the label for "Header and Footer" as well as "Date and Time". Is there a way to only have one ampersand show in the dialog?
