how to improve performance for Essential chart

I am using essential chart in my C# windows form prototype application, i have two chart types(scatter and column bar), for scatter type, i have 400,000 dots and for column bar, i have 400,000 bars. My question is after i append these information on the chart, the chart will become very very very slowly, you can't move/resize/drag/zoom the graphic or window,almost can't do anything except end the process from task manager, is there any method i can use to improve the performance after i append so many dots?
