Hi Faizal,

We regret for the inconvenience caused.

Syncfusion Essential Studio v8.3.0.21 Silverlight controls does not supports to Visual Studio 2008, it supports only Silverlight 4 runtime and Visual Studio 2010 installed in that machine. If you have used Visual Studio 2008 means you could not use our Essential Studio Silverlight controls.

Could you please ensure that Syncfusion Silverlight assemblies exist in following install location?

[SyncfusionInstallLocation]\[Version]\Assemblies\4.0
Ex: C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\8.3.0.21\Assemblies\4.0

If Silverlight assemblies exist in the above install location could you please follow the below steps.

1. Open Syncfusion Dashboard.
2. Close all running instance of Visual Studio 2010.
3. Run "Install VS2010" in Toolbox configuration.
4. Reopen the Visual Studio 2010. Now you are able to view the Syncfusion controls in Toolbox.

Please let me know if you have any concerns.

Regards,
AnandharamanS

Hi Faizal,

Thanks for your update.

Seems .NET Framework 4.0 does not installed in your machine. Could you please install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and reinstall Syncfusion Essential Studio v8.3.0.21 to resolve the reported issue?

Note: Syncfusion Essential Studio v8.3.0.21 Silverlight controls provide support for only .NET Framework 4.0.

Please let me know if you have any concerns.

Regards,
AnandharamanS
